ABA Tutor
I have nearly 3 years of experience as an ABA tutor, which started when I was studying Psychology at De Montfort university. I came across a job advertisement whilst I was looking for work experience. Soon I realised because of ABA I was able to change the future of children I work with by seeing the amazing progress they make.
Originally, I was working part-time and after I graduated in 2024, I worked as a teaching assistant and continued ABA tutoring part-time. In 2025 I decided to pursue ABA tutoring full time and I am now looking to start my ABA masters to becoming an ABA supervisor, which I am so excited for.
I always take a child‑centred approach and I make sure sessions are based on what each child enjoys. I find that when I follow their interests, they are more engaged and I can build positive interactions that help them learn.
