Who you're commissioning
Qualified practitioners
All work is designed and overseen by a qualified behaviour analyst, registered with the UK Society for Behaviour Analysis. Its register has been accredited by the Professional Standards Authority since 2023, the statutory body that oversees the HCPC and the General Medical Council. Everyone delivering work is enhanced DBS checked and we are fully insured.
Meet the teamStraightforward
We already work within local authority SEND commissioning arrangements for a number of authorities. We can invoice schools, trusts or authorities directly.
What you receive
A written report setting out what we found, and a plan your staff can follow, with training to deliver it. Practical teaching resources such as visual supports and step-by-step guides, and recording sheets so you can see whether it is working. We stay on hand for questions afterwards.

What we do
Functional Behaviour Assessment
For a specific pupil whose behaviour is putting their placement at risk. We assess why the behaviour is happening, then write a plan your staff can deliver, and train them to deliver it.
How an FBA worksLearning Support
For pupils carrying the same targets from one annual review to the next. We look at the whole picture, what the pupil can already do, and what is getting in the way, whether that means an underlying skill or the teaching environment. Then, work with staff to develop a teaching plan, and monitor strategies and progress.
How learning support worksWhat it costs
One-off consultations start at £100, and a full Functional Behaviour Assessment starts at £700. Costs depend on the pupil and the setting.
Where we work
In person across Northampton and the wider Midlands, including Kettering, Wellingborough, Corby, Coventry, Rugby, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Warwick, and Leicester. Remote consultation and training are available to settings anywhere.
